Can you see

Deep within my eyes

The secret we both share

Will anyone notice

Will anyone care

What secret lies within

Only time will tell

Where this path will lead

Absolution or demise

What once was joy

Is now just a twisted wreck

Of what our life used to be

Longing for the day

When our secret

Will no longer threaten

Life we live

Secrets we leave

Behind us in the shadows
